How do I place an order?
Order online any time from the shop and pay by credit card at checkout. If you would rather order by phone, call 1-800-227-4487, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ET.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate per order, not per item: $9.99 to most states, with an added 15% of your order total for western states, and $49.99 plus 15% for Alaska and Hawaii. Full details, including which states are in each zone, are on our Shipping page.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 1:00 pm ET generally ship within 1 to 2 business days. Transit time then depends on where you are. If you need a guaranteed delivery date or expedited shipping, call 1-800-227-4487 before you order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship to all 50 states, but we do not ship internationally.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call us at 1-800-227-4487 as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped we are no longer able to change it.
My order arrived damaged, or something is missing.
We are sorry. Contact us within a few days of delivery with your order number and, if you can, a photo of the damage, and we will make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are food, we are not able to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will take care of it.
Where can I buy Mrs. Miller's noodles in a store?
Our noodles are carried by grocery stores across the country. Use the store finder to find the store nearest you.
Do you sell to stores, restaurants or food service?
Yes. Wholesale customers can place an order by calling our office at 1-800-227-4487.
Do you make jams and jellies?
Mrs. Miller's Homemade Jams and Mrs. Miller's Homemade Noodles are made at separate facilities just a short distance from one another. You can buy Mrs. Miller's Jams, Jellies and Preserves at MillersHomemadeJams.com or by calling (330) 674-1165. We still sell jams and jellies to wholesale customers; to place a wholesale order, call 1-800-227-4487.
